Product introduction

The RF-FY ventilated quick cooling sterilizer is a mixture of air and pressure steam.Forced circulation by the fan and the flow guide device ensures the temperature uniformity in the sterilization chamber while providing heat transfer.The cooling of sterilized products is introduced into the internal heat exchange coil through external cooling water. At the same time, the steam in the sterilization chamber is forced to condense and cool by the fan and the diversion device, so as to achieve the effect of rapid cooling.

It is widely used in the process of rapid sterilization, rapid cooling and rapid drying of pre-filled syringes, closed flexible packaging liquid bags (infusion bags, facial masks, wet wipes, etc.), plastic ampoules and other articles.

1、Meet the requirements of the new GMP standard and GB150 pressure vessel standard, ensure the safety of use, and the box weld is 100%RTⅢ grade inspection qualified;

2、The inner chamber and door body are made of high-quality stainless steel, and the surface of the main body is polished after automatic plasma welding, reaching the requirement of roughness of 0.4 μ m;

3、The external surface of the main body is wrapped with aluminum silicate insulation material, and covered with 304 stainless steel plate as insulation cover, and the surface temperature does not exceed 50℃;

4、The opening and closing of the sealing door adopts electric lifting and locking design;

5、The double doors have interlock function to ensure the effective isolation of clean area and unclean area;

6、The pressure vessel safety interlock device that meets the requirements of the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision will not raise the temperature and pressure of the sterilization chamber when the door is not closed and sealed;When the pressure in the sterilization chamber is not completely released, the sealed door cannot be opened;

7、Adopt magnetic suspension seal structure design and ceramic ball bearing to avoid the problem of mechanical seal wear and improve the service life and maintainability of the product;

8、The three-sided annular diversion design made of mirror plate fully ensures the vortex airflow direction of mixed gas during the operation of the equipment;
