Product characteristics

1.Comply with GMP standard and GB150 pressure vessel standard requirements, box weld 100% RT-ⅲ grade inspection qualified；

2.The inner room and door are made of high-quality stainless steel material (316L or 30408 can be specified by users). The surface of the main body is polished after welding to meet the requirements of mirror finish. The internal arc Angle is designed with no dead Angle and easy to clean.

3.The external surface of the main body is wrapped with aluminum silicate insulation material, and covered with 304 stainless steel plate as insulation cover, and the surface temperature does not exceed 50℃；

4.The sealing door structure of sterilizer can be made according to the special needs of users, with hinged door or sliding door structure.

5.Independent internal circulation and external circulation heating system, the internal circulation is a sterilization medium channel, which mainly consists of three parts: circulating pump, plate heat exchanger and internal spraying device; The external circulation is an external "heating" and "cooling" energy channel, which is composed of various special valves, water pumps and plate heat exchangers.

6.Intelligent shower umbrella spray device: large flow and wide angle, which can make high-temperature circulating water spray to every corner of sterilized articles and cavities very evenly, without any blocking and stagnation phenomenon and no dead angle that can't be sprayed, thus effectively ensuring the temperature uniformity.

7.Double doors are equipped with sealing interlock function (double-leaf sterilizer only) to avoid opening at the same time, so as to ensure the effective isolation of clean area and non-clean area.

8.Standard pressure vessel safety interlock device meeting the requirements of the State Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision will not raise the temperature and pressure of the sterilization chamber when the door is not closed and sealed; When the pressure in the sterilization chamber is not completely released, the sealed door cannot be opened.

9.Two standard sterilization procedures (water bath sterilization, water bath-page space leak detection or water bath-colored water leak detection) are preset, and they meet GMP standards, which is convenient for users to verify the sterilizer.
