Product introduction

The ethylene oxide filter box is one of the important members of the ethylene oxide gas mask kit,It’s mainly used for respiratory protection of EO gas,It can be used with most 600, 700 and 800 series double filter box respirators.

It ’s produced in strict accordance with China GB2890-2009 standard,According to the regulations of the National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) of the United States and the local regulations of China,For respiratory protection of ethylene oxide gas, it shall not be used in the environment where the concentration of pollutants reaches the level that immediately threatens life and health, and is unknown or exceeds the local regulations.

Assembly tutorial

1.Aim the groove of the filter box with the marked part of the mask as shown in the picture, and press them together;

2.Turn the filter box clockwise for 1/4 turn to the locking position, and turn it counterclockwise to remove the filter box.

Service life

For the first time, we recommend that you establish a replacement schedule,You can record the initial time stamp on the filter box with a pen, which can effectively count the approximate replacement period of your environment.

You should not smell harmful substances after wearing it correctly.Whenever the wearer has smelled or tasted the irritating feeling of pollutants in the environment, he should leave the work area immediately and change the filter box in a safe area.

Warn

Please install and wear it correctly to prevent air leakage from causing harm to the body.It ‘s not suitable for the places where the oxygen content in the air is less than 19.5%(V/V) or in closed containers such as grooves and tanks, and it’s not suitable for toxic gas environments other than ethylene oxide gas.

When the filter box loses its filtering function in use, a slight smell of toxic gas begins to smell in the half mask. The wearer should leave the toxic area immediately and replace the filter box. In addition, this product cannot be cleaned.
