Product introduction

The ethylene oxide EPCD detector is an advanced equipment specially designed for sterilization verification.The equipment is connected with the ethylene oxide sterilizer in real time to simulate the key states such as temperature, humidity, pressure, etc. in the sterilizer, and the equivalent monitoring of EPCD states in the sterilizer in multiple time periods is realized,It can intuitively understand the sterilization effect of any point in the sterilizer (such as the coldest point) in each time period.

This equipment is equipped with 12 independent chambers (can be extended as needed). Each chamber can be individually placed into EPCD for sterilization and residue removal operations.Each chamber is allowed to set different sterilization time, and the chambers do not interfere with each other, so that the sterilization effect in the sterilizer can be accurately monitored in different time periods, thus ensuring the overall effectiveness of the sterilization process.

By placing the EPCD in an equivalent environmental sterilization monitoring device, real-time detection of the sterilization effect at multiple points in the cabinet can be achieved, as well as real-time detection of the sterilization effect at one point over multiple time periods. There is no need to wait for the sterilization process to be completed before performing unified node testing.

This innovative design significantly improves the work efficiency in the verification stage and reduces the cost and risk of sterilization verification. It can be applied to the monitoring process of daily production, which greatly improves the work efficiency and reduces the cost.
